Once you have completed this form, a team of impartial pastors and leaders at Venture Church will carefully review your request. Their decision will be based on three key criteria: alignment with our mission, the potential for meaningful impact through true partnership, and our existing relationship with you. If your account is paid through the AG, please put the account number, account code, & exact spelling of the account name as it appears for online giving (in the event Venture Church is able to disburse funds, having payment information readily available will help us to pay funds faster)
